We operate a 6-on, 2-off roster for six months of the year, and a 9-on, 3-off roster for the remaining six months. Key requirements for this role include: - Strong leadership and team management skills - Competence with farm machinery - Good computer literacy, including the ability to complete fortnightly reports - Experience using Herd Manager (in-shed drafting system) or similar technology You will work closely with the farm owner, who will provide support through regular farm walks and assist with feed budgeting. Assist with the day to day running of the farm e.g milking, break fences, basic tractor work, shifting irrigator. Working alongside contract milkers and farm assistant, about 25-40 hours per fortnight. Experience not necessary. You must be willing to learn and reliability is a must.
