We expect you to - Be able to milk efficiently - Detect cows that are sick or lame - Put up break fences and work out paddock areas - Be able to operate vehicles in a safe manner - Be a team player and help out the team when asked. - Be able to follow instructions and be confident to ask questions - Be punctual reliable and a good time manager but not a clock watcher - Be willing to learn - Clean and tidy and take pride in the workplace.
