We are looking for a Unit Manager to join our team on a 840 cow farm, 54 bail Rotary, ACR, in shed feeding and Allflex Cow collars. You will need to be confident in driving a tractor with a silage wagon and mower, have at least 5 years experience, understand pasture management, take pride in your work and have good animal health practices. This role will be directly working with the Sharemilker, with opportunities to progress in the future to full management for the right person. There is an opportunity for a partner to calf rear and relief milk during the season. We offer a 7 on 2 off Roster, Warm 3 bedroom home, a great team environment to work with and competitive salary.
